Introduction

I became a therapist because I’ve always been interested in understanding people and their relationships. When I learned about Marriage and Family Therapy, I knew it was the perfect way to combine my passion for helping others with my personal values. In therapy, my approach is calm, optimistic, and understanding. I want clients to feel comfortable and supported while also gaining the tools they need to move forward. I believe therapy is a sign of strength—not weakness—because taking steps to improve your life shows courage and determination. Every client is different, so I work to create a plan that fits your values and goals. Together, we will focus on what’s important to you and build a path toward the changes you want to see. I often recommend mindfulness, which helps you focus on the present moment and manage stress in a healthy way. After a session with me, I hope you feel hopeful about the future, confident in your ability to change, and reassured that you have someone in your corner to support you every step of the way. Please note that phone calls and emails directly from Psychology Today are answered by our practice administrator.
