For couples, I work to strengthen trust, intimacy, and understanding so you can navigate challenges together and communicate so both of you feel heard, valued, and loved. My approach is warm and collaborative. My goal is for you leave each session feeling heard, understood, and equipped with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I draw from emotion-focused therapy and other modalities to support you in exploring your emotions, nurturing meaningful relationships, and achieving your goals.
