Introduction

Many of the people I work with feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who they are and where they are going. They may be carrying the effects of childhood, adult, or systemic trauma, living with ADHD, struggling with pornography or sexual addiction, overwhelmed by emotions they cannot name, or repeating the same conflict cycles in relationships. Some feel distant from their partner or family, while others are wrestling with faith, identity, or purpose. What they want is healing, clarity, and practical tools that help them move out of survival mode, build healthier relationships, and live a more grounded, intentional life. I use a client centered, integrated approach grounded in Attachment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Existential Therapy, and EMDR. I am also a Practitioner of Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and Healing Centered Engagement (HCE). With a decade in ministry, I support both emotional healing and meaning-making when faith is part of the work. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you have been judged, misunderstood, or hurt in the past. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can be honest, explore what is getting in the way, and begin healing at your own pace. You are welcome here.
