Introduction

I have worked as a clinical social worker since 2006 and have a deep passion for working with people. The NASW code of ethics are the foundation for the relationships I build. I have served in countless roles throughout my career, none more important than the therapeutic relationship. I will consistently show up for you despite your circumstances. I will show unconditional positive regard as you strengthen yourself and your relationships. The therapeutic relationship provides you an opportunity to cope and learn to integrate difficult experiences as you transform into a stronger version of who you are. Clinically, I utilize CBT, DBT, Existential, EMDR, and a strengths-based approach to assist in the healing process.
