Introduction

There is nothing more challenging in life than our relationships with other people. Navigating the hurt, disappointment, and emotional trauma of relationships is hard and can feel lonely, but you do not have to walk the path alone. With a trusted advisor walking beside you, helping you to focus on healing, personal growth, inner peace and harmony, your relationships can be renewed. The power of healing begins with hope – not just in a better tomorrow, but in a better today. When you cannot feel hope, I will hold that hopeful space for you and guide you toward a place where you can stand on your own sense of hopefulness and purpose. I practice EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and the Gottman Couples Therapy method (Level-3 trained), with influences of Gestalt, Mindfulness, and Client-Centered therapy. I practice from a Christian worldview, and my faith informs both my approach to counseling and my understanding of healthy relationships. I will walk beside you with love and empathy, without judgment or condemnation, and it will be my privilege to know you and understand your unique struggles and pain. I see individuals, couples, and families, and I am currently accepting new clients.
