Daniel's approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine. He believes therapy should feel like a real conversation—one that is supportive, insightful, and occasionally humorous when the moment calls for it. He works alongside clients to help them better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and move toward meaningful change. He is currently a doctoral student in Psychology and remains deeply committed to understanding what helps people grow, heal, and find purpose. Daniel works with adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem issues. He also enjoys working with first responders and individuals grappling with existential questions, death anxiety, purpose, meaning, and identity. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he welcomes clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or searching for direction, he would be honored to help you explore the path forward.
