I was drawn to this work because I believe deeply in the healing power of being understood, supported, and met with compassion during difficult seasons of life. I’m a therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and the stress of feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. My work is rooted in the belief that therapy can be a meaningful space to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you. I offer a collaborative, compassionate approach that draws from mindfulness, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, attachment theory, and motivational interviewing. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with your values so you can move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up fully, feel supported, and go at your own pace.
