Introduction

I'm a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (English/Spanish) blending traditional therapy with holistic, spiritual, and somatic-informed healing. I use CBT and behavioral strategies while integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, breath-based grounding, inner parts work (IFS-informed), and practices that help you reconnect with your intuitive self. I support adults and teens — especially Latinx and first-generation individuals — who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, or life transitions that have stirred something deeper within them — a need to heal not only the mind, but also the body and spirit. In my work with clients, I hold space for ancestral, cultural, and emotional narratives that shape how we move through the world. I believe healing happens when we gently explore the mental, emotional, and energetic layers of your experience, honoring the wisdom of your body as much as your mind. I aim to help you develop goals that guide you toward a more aligned, grounded, and spiritually connected version of yourself — one that feels whole, balanced, and deeply supported. In our first session, we’ll slow the pace, tune into what your nervous system is holding, and begin clarifying patterns that no longer serve you. Over time, we’ll deepen your emotional regulation, strengthen boundaries, heal relational wounds, and cultivate inner stillness, clarity, and self-trust.
