Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or exhausted by anxiety, mood swings, or intense emotional reactions they don’t fully understand. I work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are seeking both a supportive space to process and skills-based strategies to create meaningful, lasting change. My work is DBT- and attachment-informed, with a focus on building skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier relationships, while also exploring the patterns that keep you stuck. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and connected in everyday life.
