Introduction

My Philosophy For me, therapy is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering and reclaiming who you already are beneath the expectations, adaptations, and survival strategies that once protected you but may no longer serve you. I strive to cultivate a therapeutic environment that feels warm, grounded, collaborative, and deeply human—one where you don’t feel analyzed or judged, but welcomed exactly as you are. I believe in the power of kindness, the relief of being truly heard, the wisdom that mindfulness can bring, and even the healing that joy and laughter can offer when they’re needed. Some of life’s most meaningful moments are also its most absurd, and I believe there is room for both depth and levity in therapy. I don’t believe I am the expert on your life, and I don’t believe therapy should follow a rigid formula. I am thoughtful about adapting my approach to each individual, following your pace rather than imposing one of my own. Sometimes our work may be reflective and insight-oriented. Other times it may be experiential, somatic, playful, or simply about sitting with what feels difficult. Together, we’ll discover what feels most supportive for you. When We Work Together While there are parts of life we cannot change, I am not interested in helping you simply adapt to systems, expectations, or narratives that diminish your sense of self. Instead, I hope to help you better understand yourself, break generational patterns, and challenge limiting beliefs. Together, we’ll thoughtfully explore the familial, cultural, and societal narratives that have shaped your life. As we bring these influences into awareness, we create greater freedom to choose how you want to live rather than unconsciously repeating what you’ve inherited. Ultimately, my hope is that our work helps you cultivate a life that feels more connected to your body, your relationships, your values, and your own inner wisdom.
