I utilize a holistic approach that integrates the physical body into emotional and mental healing. I offer a supportive, compassionate space where healing happens on multiple levels. In somatic therapy we combine body-centered practices with traditional talk therapy—like breathwork, yoga, and mindfulness—we work together to regulate your nervous system, process emotions, and reclaim your connection to self and embody your wholeness. Stress is felt in the body so healing requires us to incorporate the body. When combined with traditional talk therapies, this approach focuses on staying present, non judgment and acceptance, all which lead individuals to increased self regulation, a heightened sense of wellbeing, and to feeling aligned and empowered.
