Introduction

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. I approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding yourself. I take a collaborative, individualized approach to therapy. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I consider your experiences, personality, goals, strengths, and current circumstances when developing a treatment approach. Therapy may involve developing practical coping strategies, exploring patterns that developed earlier in life, challenging unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, processing difficult experiences, or learning to respond differently to uncomfortable emotions. My goal is for you to leave therapy with more than insight. I want you to develop practical skills that you can use outside of the therapy room.
