Introduction

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by life or unsure of where to turn, therapy may be a place to begin. I recognize that starting therapy can feel daunting. I prioritize creating a safe, welcoming environment where in time you can allow more and more of yourself into the room. Speaking freely with another person who truly receives you can be a profound experience. When we feel genuinely seen and understood, new ways of relating to ourselves and to others can become possible. I believe that the relationship built together is the most important aspect of therapy. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and deep exploration of the experiences and patterns that shape how we move through the world. I specializes in trauma, with a particular focus on relational trauma and complex post-traumatic stress. I welcome you to explore difficult or conflicting aspects of yourself, including experiences related to anger, sexuality, shame, intimacy, and behaviors that trouble you. Together, we may process what you’ve experienced, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and explore new possibilities for how you want to live. I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Trauma from Pacific Oaks College. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from UCLA. Prior to my current work at Rose City Center, I worked at Maple Counseling, a psychodynamic therapy clinic. I am a registered AMFT (#164062) working under Dr. Seth Wagerman (PSY34847).
