Introduction

My approach to therapy is seeing you first and foremost, no matter your challenges you are a person first – not a diagnosis. Though I am trained in several modalities, Gestalt, EMDR, DBT, CBT, creative arts/somatic therapies to name only a few, the tenets of empowering agency and autonomy permeate through the work we do together. I take a collaborative approach with clients and provide a space to support them and help them grow. I have specialized training in working with individuals with chronic illness/disabilities, trauma and dissociation, and working with caregivers. You're going through a lot right now, and I'd be honored to be with you on your journey.
