Introduction

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, challenged when you need it, and supported as you work toward meaningful change. I'm the Founder and Clinical Director of Empower and Thrive Counseling and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I provide virtual therapy for adolescents (16+), adults, and couples throughout New Jersey. Since 2013, I've worked in community mental health, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice, helping clients navigate anxiety, OCD, trauma, eating disorders, relationship challenges, perfectionism, life transitions, and the stress that comes with trying to keep everything together. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, identify the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, and build realistic strategies that support lasting growth. Therapy isn't about becoming someone different—it's about feeling more confident, connected, and able to navigate life with greater clarity. I founded Empower and Thrive Counseling because I wanted to make high-quality, compassionate mental health care more accessible while creating a practice where every client feels valued and powerful as an individual. It would be a privilege to support you as you take the next step toward healing and growth.
