I support teens, adults, and families navigating grief, loss, and life transitions with deep compassion rooted in my own experience with loss. Together we create space to honor your pain, process what you're feeling, and move forward in ways aligned with your values. I work with a range of concerns—from depression and anxiety to attachment issues, self-esteem challenges, and the weight of suicidal thoughts—using approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based work, and psychodynamic therapy. Whether you're processing grief, supporting a teenager through a difficult season, or rebuilding after major change, my goal is to help you develop greater self-compassion and discover meaning even amid hardship. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I accept Optum, UnitedHealthcare, and UMR insurance.
