I work with women and adolescents who are done with surface-level conversations and want therapy that actually connects the dots. My approach is integrative—bringing together mental health, physical health, and nutrition—because symptoms don’t exist in isolation, and neither do solutions. What you eat, how you move, how you cope, and what you believe about yourself all interact in real ways, and I help clients untangle that system and rebuild it in a way that actually works for their lives. I’m direct, collaborative, and not a “just sit and nod” therapist. I focus on helping clients recognize patterns, interrupt what’s not serving them, and create sustainable change that feels realistic—not performative. I work with anxiety, stress, burnout, body image, relationship dynamics, and life transitions, especially when things feel messy, stuck, or out of alignment. My goal is to offer a space that is honest, grounded, and forward-moving—where insight turns into action, and where your mental and physical health are treated as parts of the same conversation.
