Danielle Filip is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, family conflict, self-esteem, and the lasting impact of difficult childhood or relational experiences. Danielle uses an integrative, trauma-informed approach that may include EMDR, Trauma-Informed CBT, attachment-focused therapy, parts work, somatic awareness, relational therapy, and the Renewed Tree Model®. She has a particular passion for working with complex and childhood trauma, helping clients better understand the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that may still be affecting how they feel and respond today. Using EMDR and the Adaptive Information Processing model, Danielle helps clients process experiences that may feel emotionally unresolved, even when they intellectually understand what happened. As a Christian counselor, Danielle can also integrate biblical truth and faith into counseling when desired. She seeks to provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can feel understood, process what has been painful, and move toward meaningful healing, healthier relationships, and lasting change.
