Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, awkward, or even a little scary, and I believe you deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and authentic environment where we can explore both the challenges you are facing and the person you want to become. I use a trauma-informed approach to therapy and often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we may work on understanding patterns that no longer serve you, building self-awareness, improving relationships, and finding practical ways to move toward your goals one step at a time. I am passionate about helping clients embrace their authentic selves, build healthy connections with others, and develop greater self-compassion along the way. I value working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and believe each person’s lived experiences, identities, and story deserve respect and curiosity. I genuinely enjoy connecting with other people, and I believe therapy can include both deep reflection and moments of humor. I naturally bring warmth, curiosity, honesty, and a little silliness into the therapy room. Outside of work, I love drinking way too much coffee, traveling, spending time with my partner and family, attempting to learn how to cook, and watching trashy reality TV.
