Introduction

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) with a Master of Social Work degree, and I bring both deep empathy and a willingness to challenge you toward real change. I work with individuals across the lifespan —from young adults navigating identity and relationships to elders facing life transitions — and I specialize in supporting people with autism, mood and personality disorders, gender identity questions, diverse sexualities, and those experiencing the impacts of systemic oppression. I'm comfortable discussing the topics that often feel hardest to talk about: money, sex, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and everything in between. My approach is solution-focused, eclectic, and informed by dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and feminist perspectives. I see you as the expert in your own life; my role is to help you build coping skills, communicate more effectively, and move toward an authentic, values-aligned life. I work via telehealth and currently accept Aetna, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, and Optum. I'm accepting new clients and ready to support your journey!
