SECOND...Create an account with the Kentucky Medical Cannabis program. This is where you will complete and submit your application to the Kentucky Medical Cannabis program for review. THIRD...Kentucky Medical Cannabis program has up to 30 days to approve your application. Once approved, you will receive a DIGITAL Kentucky Medical Cannabis card that allows you to LEGALLY purchase and utilize medical cannabis for treatment of your qualifying diagnosis. If you already had an IN PERSON INITIAL visit with Danielle, then you would schedule a TELEHEALTH visit for recertification.
