Welcome to N&N! I’m Danielle. I truly believe that supportive mental health therapy can serve as a bridge to healing and growth. I approach therapy with a holistic, integrative focus on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. While I use a blend of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, I also draw inspiration from nature, mindfulness, and breathwork to support my clients’ well-being. It’s my privilege to provide unwavering acceptance in a safe, nurturing space. The practice of yoga has been a vital part of both my personal life and professional journey. I completed my first 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia, with Awakened Life School of Yoga, and deepened my practice with two additional 200-hour trainings at Ethos Yoga in Holly, Michigan. I’m always eager to teach, and just as eager to continue learning. I look forward to working with clients privately, and in group setting.
