Introduction

I believe therapy works best when it's truly collaborative and compassionate. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and make meaningful changes aligned with your values. I work with young adults, adults, and elders navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and women's specific concerns. Drawing from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and integrative approaches, I tailor each session to your unique story and needs. Whether you're processing loss, facing a major life change, or seeking greater meaning and direction, I'm here to help you move forward. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, as well as group work and coaching. My practice is currently full, but I encourage you to reach out about potential waitlist options.
