Introduction

Hello, and welcome. My name is Danielle Jediny-Racies. I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2005, providing psychotherapy for adults and couples in Oregon, California, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, New York, and Lisbon, Portugal. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from San Francisco State University and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. My work is grounded in attachment-based, trauma-informed, humanistic, body-centered, and systems-oriented approaches to care, including the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). I strive to offer a therapeutic environment rooted in safety, curiosity, compassion, and thoughtful exploration. Therapy can become a space where you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that shape your life. Whether you are seeking support individually or within your relationship, I work collaboratively with you to support greater emotional awareness, connection, resilience, and meaningful change. My approach is steady, engaged, and attentive, while also offering practical guidance in support of the goals you bring into therapy. I do not believe that people are broken or in need of fixing. Rather, therapy is an opportunity to deepen self-understanding, explore new possibilities, and create a more connected and intentional relationship with yourself and others. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my work. I look forward to speaking with you.
