Welcome—This is a space to feel safe, seen, and supported. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in the heaviness of depression, or caught in the exhausting cycle of disordered eating. You may be grieving a pregnancy loss, navigating the emotional complexity of postpartum life, or facing the lingering effects of trauma or a relationship marked by control or harm. Perhaps you’re unsure of who you are right now—how to feel whole again, how to move forward. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m Danielle King, M.Ed., a rostered pre-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor practicing under supervision in Vermont. I provide trauma-informed, client-centered therapy for adults navigating life transitions, loss, and emotional pain. My work is grounded in a strengths-based perspective and integrates evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Intuitive Eating. I offer a safe, inclusive space where you can explore grief, identity shifts, and the challenges of parenting, fertility struggles, or birth trauma. For those healing from disordered eating, I support you in building a more compassionate relationship with food and body, while collaborating with medical providers when appropriate. Whether you’re working through long-held pain or beginning a new chapter, I’ll meet you with care, compassion, and intention. Please reach out to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
