Feeling anxious, depressed, disconnected, or unsure how to navigate identity, relationships, school, work, or an important life transition can make everyday life feel much harder than it needs to. I work with adolescents and adults, with a particular commitment to supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, including transgender and gender-diverse people exploring identity, self-acceptance, relationships, family concerns, and gender-affirming care. My approach is collaborative, person-centred, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed care to help you better understand the patterns affecting your life, develop practical coping and communication skills, and build on the strengths you already have. I also take time to understand your background, relationships, cultural context, interests, and what brings you joy so that therapy feels personal rather than one-size-fits-all. My priority is creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and able to show up authentically. I offer in-person therapy in Bourne and secure telehealth throughout Massachusetts, with daytime appointments currently available.
