Introduction

I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are carrying the effects of trauma, difficult childhood experiences, anxiety, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, or relationship challenges. They often understand why they feel the way they do, but continue to feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unable to move forward. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches, we'll work together to address the root causes of your struggles so you can move beyond coping and experience healing and lasting change. If you've been feeling stuck in survival mode, you're not alone. Healing is possible, and you don't have to carry the weight of your past by yourself. When you're ready, I'd be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and lasting change.
