Introduction

Hi, I'm Danielle Neal-Jones, LCSW, founder of BalanceTree Collective. I specialize in helping adults navigate life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, stress management, caregiver burnout, women's issues, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and adjustment to major life changes. Whether you are facing a career change, retirement, divorce, empty nest transitions, chronic illness, caregiving responsibilities, or the loss of a loved one, I provide a supportive space to help you move forward with confidence and clarity. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, mindfulness techniques, solution-focused interventions, and person-centered approaches to help clients identify patterns, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive, allowing clients to feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout the healing process. I am particularly passionate about supporting women experiencing life transitions, individuals struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, grief, and identity shifts, and those seeking to improve emotional wellness, build resilience, and strengthen relationships. Together, we will work to uncover your strengths, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical strategies for achieving your personal goals. At BalanceTree Collective, I believe healing happens when people feel supported, understood, and equipped with the tools needed to thrive. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and rise into the next chapter of your life with purpose and confidence.
