Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, life transitions, or relationship struggles, you don’t have to work through them alone. Because every person brings a unique story, experience, values, and perspective to counseling, I strive to meet each client with compassion, respect, and understanding. My background in both marriage and family therapy and special education has given me experience understanding individuals within the context of their relationships, families, developmental needs, and unique strengths. I bring this perspective into my work with individuals—including children and teens—couples, and families with the goal of helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. I work with all ages, backgrounds, and belief systems. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling, incorporating Christian faith and spiritual perspectives into the counseling process in a way that is respectful of your beliefs, values, and personal goals. My hope is to create a space where you can be your authentic self, explore what you’re experiencing, and move toward meaningful change.
