Introduction

I work with young adults and teens navigating anxiety, stress, and past experiences that continue to live in both the mind and body. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process and release trauma in a way that goes beyond talk therapy so change happens not just intellectually, but physically and emotionally as well. My approach is relaxed, conversational, and comfortable while still being intentional and effective. Therapy with me doesn’t feel overly clinical, but it is grounded in proven techniques designed to help you feel more connected, regulated, and present in your life.
