Introduction

Danielle Viola is a Licensed clinical mental health counselor and the founder of Tranquil Tides Mental Health and Wellness, LLC. She has over 25 years of experience specializing in treating those with OCD and related anxiety disorders. Interest in the field began with her own personal struggles with OCD. She is determined to share her knowledge with clients and new therapists to help those suffering with anxiety-based symptoms by improving functioning and regaining control. Kristina Lundquist, MA, CMHC, has been working with Danielle for almost two years. She is starting to participate in a certification program to practice IMAGO therapy, which is the gold standard for couples counseling. She has worked with NAMI as a certified family peer support and a paraprofessional in the Middle School for the Londonderry School District. Kristina is resourceful and has been a great asset to Tranquil Tides Mental Health & Wellness, LLC.
