Hi, I’m Danielle, and I’m passionate about helping people discover their resilience and move toward meaningful change. I began my journey as a therapist out of a deep interest in how our stories, challenges, and strengths shape who we are. Over time, I’ve found great fulfillment in supporting children, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s difficulties and find new ways of coping and thriving. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults, particularly those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral or emotional challenges. My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I believe healing happens best when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I often draw on evidence-based practices, such as CBT and EMDR, while integrating creative and play-based techniques that meet clients right where they are. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s holding you back and discover new possibilities for growth.
