I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering telehealth therapy to adults in Virginia, Hawaii, Maryland, Mississippi, and Pennsylvania. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, and stress through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. My path to becoming a mental health clinician was rooted early in life, as I’ve always felt compelled to help others. I am passionate about making compassionate, high-quality care accessible to marginalized communities and increasing representation in the mental health field. Seeing yourself reflected in your provider can be a powerful part of healing. I am inspired by the opportunity to guide clients through healing, personal growth, and resilience, helping them move from a place of struggle to a place of strength. Witnessing these transformations is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work and continues to drive my commitment to this profession. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, honoring each person’s unique history, needs, and goals. While I work with a wide range of adult clients, I am most experienced in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and significant life stressors. I also support clients in addressing relationship challenges, major life transitions, and personal development work. I create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My collaborative style builds therapeutic relationships based on trust and openness. Clients working with me can expect an environment that fosters insight, encourages growth, and supports them in achieving their goals.
