Introduction

Boozhoo! Hello! I believe that healing is both personal and relational. I believe that healing is not about "fixing" ourself—it's about reclaiming our voice, recognizing our inherent strengths, and cultivating greater balance, connection, and self-understanding. My therapeutic philosophy is that therapy is a space to explore our experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, uncover patterns that may no longer serve us, and develop new ways of relating to ourself and others. My approach is grounded in Adlerian psychology, emphasizing belonging, purpose, resilience, and personal growth, while incorporating Jungian perspectives to explore deeper patterns, meaning, and self-understanding. I integrate and use an eclectic, collaborative approach from all theories including cultural indigenous practices which allows space for the fact that we are a layered and nuanced individuals. Whether you're seeking support for a specific challenge or looking to better understand yourself, my goal is to provide a welcoming space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.
