I focus on the ways in which mental, physical, spiritual, and social aspects intersect and effect client experiences. My approach draws on many theoretical orientations and techniques with the ultimate goal of creating a validating, safe space in which clients feel capable and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. Therapy is a collaborative process in which clients are the expert in their experience. My role is to help you understand and make sense of those experiences in an empowering way, and I feel privileged to engage in this process with clients.
