Hi, I’m D’Anna! I became a therapist because I’ve always been deeply aware of how much our inner world shapes the way we show up in relationships, work, and daily life. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, faith and spiritual wellness, life transitions, grief and healing, attachment wounds, and the lasting effects of childhood emotional neglect. Together, we work to quiet intrusive thoughts, build emotional regulation skills, strengthen self-trust, and resilience that lasts beyond our sessions.. I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-focused work, faith-based approach, and nervous system regulation tools.
