Hello! I believe in a holistic approach to care that recognizes the many factors shaping each person’s story. To me, effective counseling begins with compassion, empathy, and creating a space where clients feel safe and supported. I understand that building trust with a counselor can be difficult, and I honor each client’s unique pace and journey. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you recognize your strengths, navigate challenges, and move forward in your healing journey with confidence and support. I have had experience working with clients who have anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorders. I also have experience working with clients facing addiction and making meaningful behavioral changes. I am passionate about supporting immigrant and refugee communities and addressing the cultural and linguistic barriers that underserved populations often face when seeking care. I believe counseling should provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their strengths, challenges, and personal growth. I find joy in empowering clients to develop adaptive coping skills, build stable support systems, and gain the confidence to navigate challenges independently.
