Becoming a therapist is my third major career, and my professional background has deeply shaped the way I approach this work. I began my career as a court reporter, where I spent many years developing a strong understanding of legal processes, careful documentation, and the importance of neutrality and precision. I later became a stay-at-home mother, an experience that further informed my understanding of family systems, parenting demands, resilience, and the complex realities families often navigate. After careful thought and consideration, I chose to become a therapist. I work with individuals, couples, families, and children, and I also provide services to families involved in the legal system, including therapeutic supervised visitation, parent assessments, reunification, and co-parenting therapy. I am also a Registered Play Therapist and work with children beginning at age three. I accept insurance for all eligible services, which allows individuals and families greater access to therapy and support that may otherwise be financially out of reach.
