I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Associate (LPCA) in Kentucky that provides compassionate, client-centered behavioral health services. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, as well as youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their caregivers. I have experience supporting individuals and families navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, behavioral concerns, racial identity development, and social justice-related issues. I recognize the impact that systemic, cultural, and environmental factors can have on mental health and strive to provide care that is culturally responsive, affirming, and individualized. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard, respected, and empowered to achieve their goals. I work collaboratively with clients to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and foster meaningful personal growth. I value interdisciplinary teamwork and frequently collaborate with caregivers, educators, service providers, medical professionals, and other community supports to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Through these partnerships, I aim to promote positive outcomes that support the well-being of the whole person and family system. In addition to direct clinical work, I am passionate about community outreach and mental health advocacy. My goal is to help individuals, families, and communities achieve lasting positive change while increasing access to quality, inclusive mental health services.
