Additionally, I have experience counseling other therapists, recognizing that clinicians also require support and guidance. Everyone possesses the innate ability to reach their most evolved and emotionally intelligent self. Dynamic Wellness is a continuous, active, integrative, and adaptive process of pursuing optimal health and well-being, rather than a fixed state or destination. Mental, physical, and social well-being constantly fluctuate in response to internal and external factors (such as stress, finances, illness, problematic relationships, environment, and life events). Dynamic Total Wellness requires ongoing effort and mental flexibility to maintain balance. Culture, race, upbringing, and life experiences shape individual world views, akin to "eyeglasses". Cumulative trauma can distort these perceptions, causing cognitive distortions (biased, irrational thoughts that misrepresent reality). Such distortions can cause relationship ruptures, depression, and anxiety. Recognizing, restructuring, and removing these distorted "eyeglasses" is an essential step in achieving Total Dynamic Wellness. By focusing on integrating various dimensions of well-being—such as psychological, social, and spiritual health- I will teach you to gain discernment, safety, balance, and clarity. These acquired insights will empower you to regulate your emotions and self-esteem. You can become your most authentic self by utilizing the concepts of Dynamic Total Wellness.
