I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, not labeled or rushed to “fix” themselves. My work is grounded in the understanding that identity, culture, history, and lived experience all shape how we navigate the world and how we carry stress, grief, purpose, and resilience. I strive to create a space that is thoughtful, honest, and affirming, where clients can explore both challenges and strengths without judgment. I am especially attentive to how systems, expectations, and unspoken pressures impact mental health, particularly for individuals who have learned to be strong for others while neglecting themselves. I am engaged in ongoing training for EMDR, Integration work, & offer Neurofeedback—brain-based modalities that reach roots not always accessible through talk-therapy alone. I value curiosity & depth over surface solutions. Together, we work to clarify patterns & develop tools that align with who you are, not who you think you are supposed to be.
