MEET OUR TEAM: Our Counselors at Forza Counseling: Daryll Franchi, NCC, CCTP, RMHCI Founder & Counselor at Forza Counseling Daryll Franchi is a Nationally Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida. She is the founder of Forza Counseling, where her mission is to help clients rebuild their inner strength and create a healthier, more confident future. Daryll earned her Master’s degree in School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida in 2015, following her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Tampa in 2007. Her professional experience includes: • Serving as an Elementary School Counselor in Hillsborough County Schools • Providing mental health support in an inpatient hospital setting • Working extensively within the child welfare system, helping families navigate and overcome challenges While Daryll specializes in working with children and teens, her diverse background allows her to support individuals and families at all stages of life. She is passionate about creating practical, personalized plans that help clients overcome obstacles and move forward using evidence-based practices. Daryll believes that mental health should always be a priority and is committed to walking alongside clients as they become stronger, more resilient versions of themselves.
