Introduction

I’m Davares Burnett, a therapist with a B.S. in Psychology from UNCG and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from NCAT. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and relationship challenges with a warm, skills-focused approach. My goal is to create a safe space for healing, clarity, and growth. I support teens, adults, and families working through anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and major life transitions. Our work together focuses on emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and building real-world coping skills that last. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and focused on meaningful change. You don’t have to do this alone.
