Introduction

About Me I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey, a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Pace University, and a Master's in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. This combination of training allows me to draw from both psychological theory and clinical social work practice, giving me a broad and flexible foundation for supporting the people I work with. I am trained in Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method for couples counseling and have extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults. My approach is grounded in person-centered (Rogerian) therapy, which means empathy, authenticity, and genuine regard for each client are at the core of how I work. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Focusing, a body-aware practice that helps clients tune into the physical and emotional signals that often carry important meaning. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, questions of identity, relationship challenges, workplace stress, and the ongoing process of understanding oneself more fully. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to offer a grounded, honest, and supportive space where real change is possible.
