Introduction

If you’ve experienced counseling before, you already know how transformative the therapeutic relationship can be. If you haven’t, I invite you to take that first step and discover its value for yourself. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my role is to understand the concerns that bring you in and to walk beside you as a compassionate guide through your journey. Life rarely unfolds according to plan. That’s why having a safe, welcoming space to reflect, process, and grow is so important. Relationships are central to our wellbeing, yet navigating them can feel overwhelming; especially when there’s no universal guidebook to follow. My goal is to help you create your own roadmap, one that’s grounded in your values, strengths, and vision for the future. I specialize in working with individuals from young adulthood onward, with a particular focus on veterans and first responders. As a former service member myself, I understand the unique challenges that military life can place on individuals, couples, and families. I’m here to support you and your loved ones in building resilience, strengthening connections, and managing life’s stressors with confidence. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or simply seeking healthier habits, I believe in your capacity to grow, and I’m honored to help you get there.
