I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in New York and New Jersey, and I work with adults from late high school onward: students adjusting to college or grad school, people starting careers, and established adults navigating work, relationships, family, or midlife change. Many come to me feeling stuck at a turning point. Clients often come to me for anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship difficulties, questions of identity and direction, or the after-effects of difficult experiences. Some have tried therapy before and want something different. Others have never been to therapy at all. My approach combines conversation with attention to how stress shows up in the body. Drawing on polyvagal theory and trauma-informed practice, I help clients understand their own patterns of tension, shutdown, or overwhelm, and build practical ways to steady themselves. Sessions are collaborative and concrete: we talk about what’s happening, what you want to change, and how to get there. I offer therapy in English and French, and I’m glad to work with international students, expatriates, and francophone clients living in the New York area.
