Introduction

Welcome. I'm a neurodivergent psychologist who excels in working with neurodiverse (autistic/ASD, ADHD, learning abilities, etc.) clients as well as Christian men who are confused, stuck, and lost. I focus on helping you restore a healthier relationship with yourself and others. This work often starts with identifying who you are, what you need, and what's missing. We then develop a plan and set goals to help you get where you want to go. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with adjusting to a neurodivergent diagnosis, anxiety, depression, career confusion, addiction, and relationship challenges. My work blends person-centered, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, gestalt, trauma-informed and motivational interviewing approaches to help heal your body, soul, and spirit. I am currently running a 10-week support group for neurodivergent adults (people who are at least 18-years-old and who self-identify as being autistic, having ADHD, a learning disability, or other form of neurodivergence). No official diagnosis is needed to join the group. Group topics will include adjusting to diagnosis, being diagnosed later in life, addressing executive functioning challenges, addressing social challenges, identifying strengths, etc. The format of the group is online through Simple Practice on Wednesday evenings from 5-6 p.m. MST starting on October 1st, 2025 and the group will close at 8 individuals to keep the size of the group small. I enjoy helping others on their journey to healing and transformation. As a PSYPACT authorization holder, I am currently able to practice telehealth in 42 states. Please don't hesitate to reach out for an initial consultation.
