I have dedicated my career to mental health since 1995, and I have been licensed as a therapist since 2007. In addition to providing counseling services I am a LPC supervisor, helping mentor the next generation of counselors. For the past two years, I have also shared my expertise as a professor at UALR. Beyond my work in counseling and education, I serve as a security consultant with SafeHaven Security Group, conducting threat assessments and helping organizations create safer environments. I also bring a valuable skill set as a certified law enforcement officer giving a unique insight to crisis response and challenges faced by first responders. I have also spent time in various ministry positions serving at local churchs. My experience in the field and the amount of direct client contact hours provides me with a vast body of information to help individuals find answers and improve their life. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family I've been married 24 years and I'm a proud father of two daughters.
