I'm David Rachman, a Licensed Master Social Worker with Resilience Therapy Group, offering in-person sessions in NYC and virtual therapy across New York State. I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach blending CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, mindfulness, somatic work, and psychodynamic therapy. I adapt treatment to fit you, not the other way around. I believe you're the expert on your own life, and my job is to help you reconnect with that knowledge.
