Introduction

I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, and I'm also an autistic person with ADHD myself. I have firsthand experience with a lot of the challenges neurodivergent people face everyday and how easily they can get dismissed as laziness, rudeness, or some other character flaws. I also know how lonely people pleasing and masking can make someone feel. My goal is to help neurodivergent folks learn about and embrace themselves, unmask and form authentic relationships with others, and pursue their goals while establishing healthy expectations and boundaries.
